Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy applies to standard returns only and is separate from our Limited Warranty Policy (which covers manufacturing defects — see Warranty Policy for details).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

  • Warranty-related returns (defective items covered under warranty): We cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

  • All other returns (buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, non-warranty issues): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own shipping label.

Restocking Fee & Refund Deductions

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund on all non-warranty returns to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Warranty-related replacements are exempt from restocking fees.
